Products :: Fresh Shell Oysters
Our fresh shell oysters are products of USA-Wild and vary in size and weight depending on season and harvest area. They have a shelf life of 14 days and are sorted into Regular and Prime.
Regular shell oysters are normal size excellent for serving on the half shell. Prime shell oysters are larger, more uniform oysters. These oysters are hand picked from the bulk of harvested oysters and are perfect for toppings. Only 10% of all gathered oysters meet our "Prime" classification requirements!
